How often should I service my vehicle?

A general service on a modern Audi, VW or Skoda should be carried out once annually or every 15,000km, whichever comes first. Lack of use is also something to consider, as it elevates the chances of condensation buildup in the engine, as a result negatively affecting oil quality.

6 Speed DSG every 60,000 kms

7 speed DSG every 100,000 kms

Automatic Gearbox every 60,000 kms

How often does a cambelt or timing chain need to be replaced?

Cambelt: Every 100,000 kms or 5 years is recommended.

Timing Chain: Dependant on condition and type of engine you have. Contact one of our Service Advisors for more information.

Do I need to change the brake fluid on my vehicle?

Yes, absolutely. It’s recommended to change your brake fluid every 2 years. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it can absorb moisture. If that moisture enters the braking system, it can inhibit your vehicle’s ability to brake safely.

If I lose my key can I get a replacement from you?

Yes you can, but because of the anti-theft measures built into each Audi, VW and Skoda, keys are not available off the shelf. They are unique to each individual vehicle and need to be ordered on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the new key will need to be adapted to your vehicle – give us a call to discuss if we can do yours.
